The Baby Belly Band comes with 3 components which can be purchased as a complete system or independently.
TO WEAR SIMPLY
- PLACE THE ABDOMINAL BAND AROUND YOUR WAIST, UNDER YOUR BELLY AND SECURE, TO YOUR SUPPORT NEEDS, WITH THE HOOK FASTENERS WHICH ARE ON EITHER END OF THE ABDOMINAL BAND.

2. ADD THE SHOULDER BANDS FOR MORE SUPPORT. FASTEN THE SMALLER VELCRO END OF THE SHOULDER BAND ONTO THE GUIDE MARKS AT THE BACK OF THE ABDOMINAL BAND. CRISS-CROSS THEM IN THE BACK OR SIMPLY BRING THE BANDS OVER THE SHOULDERS.
3.For the greatest support, cross the bands at the chest and attach on either side of the belly. Or bring the bands straight over the shoulder and attach at each side of the belly. Attach bands along side the belly at an angle to assure an upward pull. (see photo)
4. To add the Under or groin BANDS, place the hook fastener onto the guide mark at the back of the abdominal band. Bring the bands between your legs and criss-cross them. Attach to the front of the abdominal band. Adjust the tightness according to your needs.
